The program works across four dimensions of relational readiness:
IQ — Intelligence Quotient What you know about each other, your patterns, and what's coming. Shared understanding is the foundation.
EQ — Emotional Quotient Your capacity to stay connected when stress is high and sleep is low. Emotional regulation as a couple, not just as individuals.
RQ — Relational Quotient The quality of your partnership — communication, repair, intimacy, and how you handle conflict when it matters most.
SQ — Systems Quotient The practical architecture of your new family life — roles, support, decision-making, and what you've agreed to before everything changes.
What to expect
Couples format — Sessions are designed for both partners together. This is relational work, not individual coaching.
Time-limited and structured — A defined arc with clear goals at each stage. Not open-ended.
Available via telehealth — Work from wherever you are, on a schedule that fits pregnancy life.
Started in the second trimester, or whenever you’re ready — There’s enough time to do the work..
